VEGETABLE TART WITH BISCUIT BASE

Ingredients used in VEGETABLE TART WITH BISCUIT BASE
• Biscuit (crackled) - 20 numbers.
• Butter - 1-1/2 tea spoon.
• Milk - 2-1/2 tablespoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onion (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• French beans (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Carrot (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Sweet corns - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Red chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Hunk yogurt - 1 tablespoon.
• Milk - 2 teaspoons.
• Egg - 1 number.
Method:
  • Blend biscuits into fine powder and keep aside.
  • In a bowl, add biscuit powder, butter, little milk and mix it.
  • Take a tart mould, grease it with butter and spread above prepared mixture evenly by pressing with hands.
  • Add egg in another bowl and beat it.
  • To it, even add finely chopped green chilies, onion, french beans, carrot, sweet corns, garlic, red chili flakes, salt and mix it.
  • To it, add hunk yogurt, 2 tablespoons of milk and mix nicely.
  • Take a tart mould and spread prepared mixture of vegetables and egg and sprinkle little dry herbs.
  • Place in baking tray and bake at 180 degree for 10-15 minutes in oven.

    Now demould into serving plate and serve it.
