Ingredients used in Vegetable Pulao
• Chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt as per taste - 4 tablespoons.
• Onions (thinly sliced) - 1 piece.
• Garam masala powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Soyabeans - 6-7 piece.
• Carrots (thinly sliced) - 10 grams.
• Beans - 10 grams.
• Cauliflower - 10 grams.
• Basmati rice (daawat) - 100 grams.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Broken cashewnuts - 6-7 numbers.
• Raisins - 15 numbers.
• Oil - 6 tablespoons.
Method:
1. Wash rice with water. Take a pot of water.Boil the water,after it boils give the rice in it. Remove the rice when it is 90% cooked. Drain the water and keep it aside. 2.Cut cauliflower,beans into small pieces. Put the soyabean in lukewarm water and cut into small pieces 3.Heat oil in a kadai. first fry the cauliflower,then onions,cashewnuts,soyabeanrest of the vegetables in it. Don#39;t fry it much. 4. Add garam masala powder,salt,chilli powder and mix it properly. 5.After 2-3 minutes,add the rice and raisins. 6.Mix it in low flame till all the rice is coated with vegatables amp; masalas. 7.Finally finish it off with coriander leaves
