Ingredients used in Vegetable Koki
• 13. red chilly powder ½ tables spoon - .
• 12. salt to taste - .
• 11. maida – 1bowl - .
• 10. besan - 1 bowl - .
• 9. suji - 1 bowl - .
• 8. wheat flour - 2.5 bowl - .
• 7. chopped green chillies - 2 numbers.
• 6. onion thin chopped - - 1 cup.
• 5. cauliflower grated - 1 cup.
• 4. green bathua thin chopped - 1 cup.
• 3. green coriander thin chopped - 1 cup.
• 2. green methi thin chopped - 1 cup.
• 1. spinach thin chopped - 1 cup.
• 14. sauf ½ tables spoon - .
• 15. jira ½ tables spoon - .
• 16. hing a pinch - .
• 17. oil for moyan – 1 bowl - .
• 18. water - .
Method:

1.Mix all the ingredients properly now add water and make dough. 2.Take a small ball size lump of dough. Now roll it slightly using dry flour. 3.Flatten these balls and roll like any other parantha. 4.Pre-heat the tawa. Turn it and spread little oil or ghee and shallow fry over low heat. Turn it again and spread ghee/oil on the other side. Cook both sides till golden brown. 5.Serve Hot with curd or pickles.
