Ingredients used in VEG VADDA
• Onion - 3 cup.
• Urad dal - 1 cup.
• Toor dal - 1 cup.
• Carrot - 3 cup.
• Beans - 3 cup.
• Cabbage - 3 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Green chillies - 2 no.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger - 1 small.
• Curryleaves - 2 springs.
• Coriander leaves - half cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Soak toor dal, urad dal, grind them as a batter.
  • Add onions, green chilli, cumin seeds, ginger, curryleaves, finely grated carrot, cabbage, beans.
  • Add salt, coriander leaves make them round balls and pour them in a oil.
