Ingredients used in vadukapuli achar
• Green chillies - 100 grams.
• Ginger - 50 grams.
• Citrone (vadukapuli) - 1 small.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Cut citrone to small pieces with stainless steel knife. Also chopp ginger and green chilli. Mix all ingredients with salt and store in a glass bottle. Can be used after 3 days
