Ingredients used in Turkey Nuggets
• Turkey (minced) - 300 grams.
• Chili flakes - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Garlic - 4 numbers.
• Lemon juice - 1 teaspoons.
• Chicken fat - 60 grams.
• Maida (dusting) - 50 grams.
• Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup.
• Thyme - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Chicken fat - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Take a bowl add turkey, chicken Fat, Salt, Thyme, chopped garlic, coriander leaves chopped, chill flake, lemon juice, Then mix the all ingredients Well. For Dusting: add maida, black pepper powder, and salt, mix it well. In another Bowl add beaten eggs , and bread crumbs in to an another plate. Take seasoned turkey mixture and make them into a small ball. Dip into the maida mixture then beaten egg and dust them in the bread crumbs. Then deep Fry the Turkey nuggets in the hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Delicious Turkey nuggets is noiw ready to serve.

wow, i make cutlets very often but never thought to make them small to have nuggets.... wow my kids will love it! I have to have finely chopped onion in mine! Thank you so much for sharing!?

I bet I can make beef nuggets if I don't put in chicken fat and use chuck? I guess you don't eat that though. Why don't Indians eat beef anyway??
