Ingredients used in 100 LEGS CHICKEN FRY
• Corn flour - 1/2 cup.
• Maida - 1/2 cup.
• Chilli powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Flavoring salt - pinch.
• Mixed herbs - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chicken breast - 1 number.
• Chilli sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Mayonnaise - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a plate add all-purposeflour, corn flour, chili powder, Flavouring salt, mixed herbs and keep aside.
  • Now take the chicken breast piece and put the gashes as shown in the video.
  • Then marinate the chicken with chili sauce, pepper powder, and salt.
  • Now coat the chicken with seasoned flour, dip in a cold water and repeat the process again.
  • Finally, fry the coated chicken in a hot oil using wooden skewers until it is crispy.
  • Serve hot with Tomato ketchup and mayonnaise
