Ingredients used in Tuna Filled tomatoes
• Tomato - 6 numbers.
• Cheese - to taste.
• Tuna fish - 1 number.
• Rice - 6 tablespoons.
• Black peppers - to taste.
• Cream - 2 tablespoons.
• Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Cut the tomatoes in the form of a basket and take out all seeds from inside. Put salt and black pepper in each tomato and set it aside for a few minutes.
  • Wash rice in warm water then boil the rice in fresh water. When the rice is cooked drain the water and let the rice cool.
  • Take out tuna fish from tin and mix it with the rice and mayonnaise . Fill this mixture in the tomatoes.
  • Spread and cover the whisked cream on top of the tomatoes and then sprinkle the grated cheese on the top.
  • Cook in a fairly preheated oven 220deg C or on gas mark 7 for 10 minutes.
