Ingredients used in CURRY LEAVES PRAWNS FRY
• Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Pepper corn - 1 tablespoon.
• Dry red chilies - 3 number.
• Curry leaves - 1 cup.
• Garlic - 5 cloves.
• Fresh coconut pieces - half cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Hing - 1 tea spoon.
• Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Prawns - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Dry roast coriander seeds, peppercorns, dry red chilies then add curry leaves, garlic cloves, fresh coconut pieces and grind to a fine paste.
  • Marinate prawns with turmeric powder, Hing, lemon juice and keep aside.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add ground masala powder and sauté it.
  • Then add prawns, a little salt and fry it well.
  • KARIVE PAKU ROYALA VEPUDU is ready to serve.
