Tuna and sweet corn masala

Ingredients used in Tuna and sweet corn masala
• Sweet corn - 50 grams.
• Tuna in brine - 1 number.
• Onion chopped - 2 number.
• Tomatoes chopped - 1 number.
• Chili powder - half tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger chopped - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 4 cloves.
• Capsicum chopped - 1 number.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and saute it.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste and cook it till slightly golden brown in colour,.
  • In the same pan, add chopped onions, capsicum and cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Season with chopped tomatoes, turmeric , chili powder, salt (to taste).
  • Lastly, add tuna and sweet corn, cook by stirring occasionally.

Tuna and sweet corn masala is ready to serve.
