Ingredients used in Satay Peanut Sauce
• Fish sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Coconut milk - 1/4 cup.
• Jaggery - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Roasted ground nuts coarsely - 1 cup.
• Garlic chopped - 1 tablespoon.
• Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Chilly paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat sesame seed oil add garlic chopped, coarsely ground roasted peanut, mix it.
  • Add jaggery, coconut milk, Soya sauce, fish sauce, chilly paste, salt, add roasted peanuts, lime juice, mix it up, cook on a slow flame for 2 minutes.
