TORTILLAS STUFFED WITH RED BEAN SALSA

Ingredients used in TORTILLAS STUFFED WITH RED BEAN SALSA
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Tomato - 1/2 cup.
• Onion - 1/4 cup.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Kidney bean(boiled) - 1/2 cup.
• Lime juice - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
• Tortillas - 1 number.
• Cream cheese - 1 cup.
• Lettuce - 1/4 cup.
• Red bell pepper(julienne) - 1/4 cup.
• Yellow bell pepper(julienne) - 1/4 cup.
• Green bell pepper(julienne) - 1/4 cup.
• Cheese(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add garlic, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, tomatoes, onions, cumin powder, salt, squeeze lime juice and mix it later check for seasoning.
  • Add kidney bean, tomato ketchup and mix it well. Salsa is ready.
  • Heat the pan, cook tortillas on both sides and keep aside.
  • Now spread cream cheese on it and in middle portions spread lettuce, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, salsa, grated cheese and close the edges.
  • Roll it and cut it into two pieces.

Now the tortillas stuffed with red bean salsa is ready to serve.
