Ingredients used in thotakura pacchadi
• Oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tamarind - lemonsize big.
• Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Uraddal - 2 teaspoons.
• Chanadal - 2 teaspoons.
• Red chillies - 8-10 numbers.
• Thotakura - 2 bunch.
• Garlic - 3 loaf.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
Cut the thotakura leaves clean them.take oil in a pan heat it and add the cleaned leaves and let it fry till the leaves become soft. Then take the leaves and in the same pan fry 8red chillies,chana dal,urad dal,coriander seeds until nice flavour comes out.Then grind all the fried spices along with tamarind,garlic,cumin seeds,salt.After the above ingridents all grind well then put thotakura leaver and let them also grind. Then take the mixture in to a bowl and give thadka with chana dal,urad dal,garlic,red chillies2,curry leaves,mustard seeds.Then thechutney is ready.
