- Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped cashew nuts,semolina, fry it, add milk and cooktill milk gets absorbed by semolina.
- Now add grated paneer, khoya and saute for about 2-3 minutes.
- Then add sugar, cooktill it reaches to the desired consistency and transfer to a plate.
- Take small dumplings ofprepared mixture, dip it in instant or fermented dosa batter and deep fry in hot oil.
