CHOCOLATE MILK PUDDING WITH PALAM SUGAR

Ingredients used in CHOCOLATE MILK PUDDING WITH PALAM SUGAR
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Palm sugar - 40 grams.
• Cardamom powder - 1 pinch.
• Coconut milk - 1 cup.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Separate egg white and yolk separately.
  • In the egg yolk bowl add palm sugar and whisk it.
  • Add pinch of cardamom powder, coconut milk and mix it nicely.
  • Take butter greased jelly mould, at the bottom add palm sugar.
  • Transfer the pudding mixture and cover mould with aluminum foil.
  • Pour water in the tray and place the jelly mould in the oven and cook it for 30 minutes at 200 degree centigrade.

Now demould into a plate and serve it.
