- Separate egg white and yolk separately.
- In the egg yolk bowl add palm sugar and whisk it.
- Add pinch of cardamom powder, coconut milk and mix it nicely.
- Take butter greased jelly mould, at the bottom add palm sugar.
- Transfer the pudding mixture and cover mould with aluminum foil.
- Pour water in the tray and place the jelly mould in the oven and cook it for 30 minutes at 200 degree centigrade.
Now demould into a plate and serve it.
