GOND KE LADOO

Ingredients used in GOND KE LADOO
• Sugar - 2 cups.
• Milk - 1 tablespoon.
• Ghee - 3 cups.
• Gond - 1 cup.
• Urad dal - 1 cup.
• Nuts - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take urad dal powder, add ghee, milk, and mix it well, and strain this mixture well, put this powder into the hot ghee and cook for some time in a slow flame (45 minutes).
  • Take another pan add sugar, water, to make a syrup, Pour this syrup into the flour mixture and mix it well, let it cool for this mixture.
  • Heat ghee and fry the gond and keep it aside, and crush the some of the fried gond and add into the mixture and mix it well.
  • When mixture is cool down add nutsand make ladoo.
