Should I leave the skin of cardmom pod on when blending to powder. Or should it be removed first. And what should I do if I want the cardamom powder for savoury dish.?

Nice video. But please do not use the steel spoons over non stick pans. You are killing the pan and harming yourself by eating the non stick teflon. Please it is very dangerous.ThanksFoodLover?
