SWEET COCONUT WHEAT DOSAI

Ingredients used in SWEET COCONUT WHEAT DOSAI
• Grated coconut - half cup.
• Water - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Jaggery - 3 small.
Method:
  • Take the wheat flour and add salt as we add to make chappathis, pour water and mix well (slightly looser thanthe dosa batter). in a separate bowl, mix together the grated coconut and the jaggery.
  • No put the mixture into the batter an mix well. now take the dosa tava onto the stove. when it becomes hot, pour the prepared batter onto it and circle it with the spoon to make it into a good round shape.
  • Cover it with lid. wait for few seconds.when it is done on 1 side, turn it around and cook on the other side.
  • Your tasty sweet coconut wheat dosai is ready.
  • Its really easy and kids wil love it.
