Ingredients used in Carrot Radish Sorrel leaves Paratha
• Radish (grated) - 1 cup.
• Carrot (grated) - 1 cup.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 3 number.
• Sorrel leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Bread crumbs - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Cheese (grated) - as required.
Method:
  • Separatelygrate radish, carrot and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped sorrel leaves, grated carrot, radish, finely chopped green chilies and saute well.
  • Now add red chili powder, salt, cook tillraw flavors are gone, add breadcrumbs, mix well, turn off the flame and keep aside.
  • Take wheat flour in a bowl, season with salt and knead to a soft dough by adding required amount of water.
  • Take required portions of the dough, roll to rotis, stuff with the prepared mixture, sealthem, roll back to parathas, fry on both sides using oil, transfer to a plate,tear open the outer layer of paratha as shown in the video and top it with grated cheese
