STUFFED OKRA

Ingredients used in STUFFED OKRA
• Okra - 200 grams.
• Extra virgin coconut oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger (finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chillies(finely chopped) - 1 number.
• Curry leaves(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds powder - 1/4 cups.
• Dessicated coconut - 3 tablespoons.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Palm sugar - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Lime juice - 1 number.
Method:
  • Cut the edges of okra and slit it.
  • Heat extra virgin coconut oil and add ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, saute it.
  • To it add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, sesame seeds powder, dessicated coconut, red chili powder, salt, palm sugar and switch off the flame.
  • To it add coriander leaves, lime juice and saute it.
  • Transfer stuffing mixture into a plate and stuff the okra.
  • In oven tray place oil greased aluminum foil and place stuffed okra with stuffing mixture at the bottom of tray.
  • Place it in preheated oven at 200 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
  • Transfer it into a plate.

Now the stuffed okra is ready to serve.
