STUFFED EGGPLANT RECIPE WITH PHILIPS AIRFRYER BY VAHCHEF

Ingredients used in STUFFED EGGPLANT RECIPE WITH PHILIPS AIRFRYER BY VAHCHEF
• Eggplant (brinjal small) - 10 numbers.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion chopped - 1 number.
• Garlic chopped - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Tomato chopped - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green bell pepper chopped - 1/2 number.
• Oregano - pinch.
• Paneer(pieces) - 1/4 cup.
• Tomato paste - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • Scoop the eggplant in center and keep in salt or lime juice mixed water to avoid decoloring . Remove and place in airfryer at 160o degree for 3-4 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, garlic and saute it.
  • To it add chopped tomatoes, salt, scooped out eggplant mixture and saute it.
  • Add pepper powder, green bell pepper, oregano, paneer, tomato paste, coriander leaves and mix nicely.
  • Check for seasoning, add salt and fill this stuffing mixture in eggplant scope and close it with cut part of eggplant.
  • Apply little oil on eggplant and arrange in airfryer and cook for 180 degree for 4-5 minutes.

Now stuffed eggplant recipe with philips airfryer is ready to serve.
