Ingredients used in stuffed egg halves
• Salt - to taste.
• Black peppercorns- powdered - 20 numbers.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Onions - 1 big.
• Boiled eggs - 4 numbers.
• Raw egg - 1 numbers.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
boil eggs and cut lengthwise in halves. scoop out the yellow and mash it and add finely diced onions, green chillies, pepper powder and salt and mix well. break the raw egg and separate out the white. stuff back the mixture into the egg hollows. roll the egg halves in the egg white so that it is evenly coated and then deep fry in oil.
