STUFFED CHOUX PASTRY

Ingredients used in STUFFED CHOUX PASTRY
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Eggs - 3 number.
• Butter (unsalted) - 75 grams.
• Water - 150 ml.
• Whip cream - 1 cup.
• Chocolate ganache - 1/2 cup.
• Silver balls - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Boil water in a pan, add butter and melt it.
  • To it, even add all purpose flour by stirring it for 2 minutes so no lumps will be formed and keep aside.
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add little by little to the above warm all purpose mixture by stirring nicely.
  • Then fill this mixture into the piping bag and piped it in the baking tray like as shown in video.
  • Bake at 180 degree centigrade for 20 -25 minutes.
  • Cut the pastry and fill it with whip cream like as shown in video.
  • Dip in chocolate ganache and top it with silver balls.

Now stuffed choux pastry or is ready to serve.
