Ingredients used in STUFFED CHOUX PASTRY
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Eggs - 3 number.
• Butter (unsalted) - 75 grams.
• Water - 150 ml.
• Whip cream - 1 cup.
• Chocolate ganache - 1/2 cup.
• Silver balls - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Boil water in a pan, add butter and melt it. To it, even add all purpose flour by stirring it for 2 minutes so no lumps will be formed and keep aside. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add little by little to the above warm all purpose mixture by stirring nicely. Then fill this mixture into the piping bag and piped it in the baking tray like as shown in video. Bake at 180 degree centigrade for 20 -25 minutes. Cut the pastry and fill it with whip cream like as shown in video. Dip in chocolate ganache and top it with silver balls. Now stuffed choux pastry or is ready to serve.
