Ingredients used in Indian Honey Bread Sahad Roti
• All purpose flour (maida) - 1 cup.
• Honey - 1/4 cup.
• Kalonji - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Fennel - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cooking soda - 5 grams.
• Ghee - 2 teaspoons.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Ina bowl, add crush pepper, crush fennel, kalonji, salt, all-purpose flour, ghee, cooking soda and mix it nicely.
  • Then add honey, waterand mix it like a soft dough, rest it for 15 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions, help with rolling pin roll them out into small medium chapattis.
  • Place the roti on the hot griddle and cook them with ghee on both sides.

Serve this with your favorite curry.
