Ingredients used in Stuffed Capsicums 2
• Capsicums (large) - 450 grams.
• Potatoes - 450 grams.
• Green chillies - 4-5 numbers.
• Cheese - 30 grams.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Turmeric powder - tea spoon.
• Fat - 30 grams.
• Mustard seeds - tea spoon.
• Lime - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Slice the top of capsicums
  • Remove seeds ,wash , apply salt inside and keep upside down on a track .
  • Boil and chop potatoes then temper with mustard seeds. Add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, with prepared stuffing . Top it with grated cheese.
  • Heat fat in a frying pan and cook capsicums on a very slow flame till they are slightly soft .
  • At last, sprinkle lime juice on top.

Serve it hot with chapati or rice.

hi your recipes are awesome. I have tried many and loved them. and stuffed capsicum is great, and I had tasted black stuffed capsicum made from soya sous once tried myself but could'n do it tasty, can u pls post the same? thank you
