1. Heat oil in a pan. 2. Add turmeric into the oil. 3. Now add garlic and green chillies and fry till garlic is slightly brown. 4. Add thin sliced onions. 5. Add salt. 6. Cook till onions are golden brown. (Do not cover the pan while you are cooking the onions) 7. Add the sun dried tomatoes and chili garlic paste. 8. Cover the pan and cook till tomatoes are little soft. 9. Cook the rice as usual (You may add one bay leaf and a little shahi jeera while you are cooking) 10. Drain the rice and allow it cool down to room temperature) 11. Slice the capsicum into half (length wise) and remove the seeds. 12. Preheat the oven at 400 F 13. Grease a tray and keep it aside. 14. Now we have to layer the capsicum with rice, tomato mixture and cheese. 15. So, take the capsicum, add one layer of rice a layer of tomato mixture and then cheese and again one layer rice tomato mixture and cheese. 16. Repeat this for all the capsicums. 17. Arrange the capsicum in the greased tray and put it in the oven for 30 minutes. 18. Serve hot.
