Ingredients used in SRIKHAND
• Pistachios almonds - 1 tablespoons.
• Cardomom - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Saffron - 1 to2 pinch.
• Sugar - 0.75 pound.
• Sour cream - 1 pound.
Method:

Drain out the water from the sour cream by either hangong it in a muslin cloth overnight or spread it on paper towels and keep changing paper towels until there is very very little water in the sour cream . Sour cream should be dry. now add sugar and give it a mix until sugar dissolves Referigerate and add saffron and mix again until the safrfron is mixed (grind the saffron with a little sugar so that we get the full aroma from the saffron) then serve in a bowl and sprinkle almonds and pistachios.
