SPINACH AND POTATO PARCELS

Ingredients used in SPINACH AND POTATO PARCELS
• Cabbage leaves - (5-6) numbers.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sweet corns - 1/2 cup.
• Potato - 1-2 numbers.
• Cumin powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Spinach(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Nutmeg - 1 pinch.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Place cabbage leaves in boiling water and blanch for 3 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, green chillies, onions and saute it.
  • Add little salt, sweet corns, diced potato, cumin powder and saute it, later cook it until potatoes are 70% done with lid on it.
  • Add spinach and saute it, add nutmeg and mix stuffing mixture nicely.
  • Switch off flame and take blanched cabbage leaf and stuff the mixture.
  • Seal edges and roll it like as shown in video.
  • Heat little butter in a pan and add cabbage rolls and cook it on both sides.

Now the spinach potato parcel is ready to serve.
