Ingredients used in Spicy tangy soup with dry mint pasta
• Fresh lemon juice - to taste.
• Finally chopped onion and green chillies - bunch.
• Coriander & mint chutney - to taste.
• Water to boil the pasta - .
• Elbow macaroni/pasta - 1 bag.
• Dry mint powder - tablespoons.
• Oil (for tampering) - oz.
• Yogurt - to taste.
Method:
1. Take a vessel and boil water, when water boils add pasta and lots of red pepper and salt and boil the pasta but make sure you dont boil it all the way leave it little al dante. Dont strain the water as it is going to be the soup. 2. Pour it in a small soup bowl and make sure you dont pour everything in one bowl put it in separate bowl and the soup should be steaming hot when consuming. 3. Now make the tempering by taking a non stick pan, heat it up add some oil and then add mint(pudina) powder to it and now add the tempering in each bowl seperate it will make a sreaking sound. 4. Now add chopped onions, green chillies, fresh lemon juice, yogurt, green chutney and mix. 5. and now aaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!! isnt it yummy chef Sanjay??? this morning I was really craving for something spicy and tangy as i just simply love spicy and tangy stuff and when I came across this recipe I thought of giving it a try,and to my surprise it came out sooo good. Thank you so much for this recipe. T
