SPICED MUFFINS

Ingredients used in SPICED MUFFINS
• All purpose flour (maida) - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Butter milk - 1/2 cup.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Butter - 1/4 cup.
• Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cloves powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cashew nuts - 10-15 numbers.
• Raisins - 15-20 numbers.
• Baking powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Nutmeg powder - pinch.
Method:
  • To the all purpose flour bowl, add cinnamon powder, cloves powder, cashew nuts, raisins, baking powder, nutmeg powder and mix it.
  • Take another bowl, add butter, sugar stir it by adding whisked egg little by little.
  • To it add buttermilk, above mixed all purpose flour and mix nicely.
  • Pour it into silicon muffin moulds.
  • Bake at 180 degree centigrade for 10-15 minutes, later demould it .

Now the spiced muffins are ready to serve.
