- Take soya granules and place in boiling water for 5 minutes, squeeze water and keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add rice, fresh coconut and saute it.
- Add raisins, cashew nut, soya granules and saute it.
- Add water and place lid, cook it for until it is 70% done.
- Remove lid and add sugar, cardamom powder, milk and boil it.
Now soya granules payasam is ready to serve.
