SOYA GRANULES PAYASAM

Ingredients used in SOYA GRANULES PAYASAM
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
• Rice - 2 tablespoons.
• Fresh coconut(pieces) - 1 tablespoon.
• Raisins - 15 numbers.
• Cashew nut - 10 numbers.
• Soya granules - 1/2 cup.
• Sugar - 1/2 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Milk - 1-1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take soya granules and place in boiling water for 5 minutes, squeeze water and keep aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add rice, fresh coconut and saute it.
  • Add raisins, cashew nut, soya granules and saute it.
  • Add water and place lid, cook it for until it is 70% done.
  • Remove lid and add sugar, cardamom powder, milk and boil it.

Now soya granules payasam is ready to serve.
