Ingredients used in Kiwi Pie
• Kiwi - 4 number.
• Biscuit powder - 1 cup.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Egg yolk - 1 number.
• Milk - as required.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Cream cheese - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Grind kiwi roundelsto a fine paste and keep aside. Take biscuit powder in a bowl, add butter, mix to a stiff dough by adding little water if required, take small portions of the dough and press it evenly into a mouldas a thicklayer. Take egg yolk in a bowl, add milk, sugar,whisk well, add cream, cheese, prepared kiwi paste to it, mixwell. Transfer this mixture to the mould layered with dough, top it with kiwi slices, refrigerate and let it set.
