Ingredients used in Honey Chicken
• Chicken - 250 grams.
• Ginger (grated) - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Honey - 1 tea spoon.
• Tamarind juice - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Dry red chilies - 3 number.
• Garam masala powder (optional) - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Marinate chicken with grated ginger, soya sauce, honey, tamarind juice along with water for about half an hour.
  • Now, transfer the chicken pieces to a plate, coat them with all-purpose flour and deep fry in hot oil till they turn goldenbrown in color.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add dry red chilies, the leftover liquid in marinated chicken and cook well.
  • Add masala powder for flavoring, when the gravy reaches to a thick consistency, adjust salt and add chicken pieces, cornflour mixed in water, toss it.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and turn off the flame.

Delicious Honey chicken is now ready to serve.
