Ingredients used in Shrimp Pakora
• Shrimps (prawns) - 250 grams.
• Corn flour - 2.5 tablespoons.
• Ginger paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Chopped coriander leaves - bunch.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Black pepper powder - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Shell the shrimp (prawns), wash them thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • Mix the shrimp (prawns) and all of the above ingredients together (except the oil).
  • Make into smallballs and set aside.
  • In a deep skillet heat the oil. When the oil gets hot lower the heat to medium and fry these balls in the oil until golden brown.
  • Take out on paper towel to absorb excess oil.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
