Ingredients used in CORN CONE CHAT
• Sweet corn - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn meal flour - 1/2 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Black eyed beans - 1/4 cup.
• Ground nuts - 1/4 cup.
• Bengal grams - 1/4 cup.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Chat masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a blender and add sweet corn and salt and blend into paste.
  • Take a bowl and add corn meal flour, sweet corn paste, all purpose flour and mix nicely to make a dough.
  • Dust some flour and roll into chapathi.
  • Cut into round chapathi with round mould.
  • Cut again horizontally into 2 semi circle shape.
  • Apply slurry of all purpose flour and water to the corner roll into cone shape and keep aside to dry for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add corns and deep fry them, later transfer into paper towel.
  • Take a bowl and add black eyed beans, ground nuts, bengal grams, green chillies, onions, coriander leaves, red chili powder, chat masala, salt, lime juice and mix nicely.
  • Stuff this mixture inside the cone and transfer into serving plate.

Now corn cone chat is ready to serve.
