SHIKAMPURI  KABAB

Ingredients used in SHIKAMPURI KABAB
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Mint leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilies (finaly chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Coriander (chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions (finally chopped) - 2 tablespoons.
• Whole garam masala (all) - 2 numbers.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Chanadal - 1/2 cup.
• Red chilly - 3 numbers.
• Meat - 500 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Hung curd - 1/2 cup.
• Fried onions - 2 tablespoons.
• Peppercorns - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take boneless meat, boil meat, chana dal, red chilly, peppercorns, whole garam masala with little water and mince in a blender.
  • In a bowl add hung curd, salt, chopped coriander, chopped onions, chopped green chilies, mix it well keep it aside.
  • In another bowl, add fried onions, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped mint leaves, cumin powder, and garam masala powder, chilly powder, add meat, lime juice, and mix it like dough.
  • Divide dough into an equal portion, and stuffed with hung curd, shape into flat round kababs.
  • Heat butter in a pan and shallow fry the stuffed kababs, fry both sides until brown.
