slice the raddish, salt it and cover it up and leave aside and start preparing the other part of it. take the sesame seeds and fry it without oil. once it is golden brown leave it aside to cool down and in the mean time take the matter which should be soaked in the water overnight and boil it until its cooked (do not cook too much because it will get mashed). in the mean time grind the sesame seeds and pour it in a bowl. grind the chilli powder and garlic with little bit of water and then add the mixture in the bowl. remove the mattar from the pan and make sure its dry and add it to the bowl and add mustard oil and leave it aside. in the mean time squeez the raddish to drain off the unwanted water (make sure its dry too). then add the raddish in the bowl along with all the other ingredients and mix it well adding salt to taste. make sure that you mix it with your clean hands adding aamchur and lemon. and then garnish with green chilli (cut in the middle)and slice of lemon.
