Take semiya,rice flour,salt mix well with curd. keep it aside for 45 mins or until semiya becomes soft.
It will be bit thicker than normal dosa batter. add water if needed.
Now add cumin seeds, coriander leaves, chilles.
Now heat the dosa pan, pour batter and spread it from inside to outsie very delicately.
Now add little of oil accordingly.
Now sprinkle chopped onion and carrot. fry it until it become golden brown and turn the other side and fry it.
