Ingredients used in Sauteed Peppers
• Bell pepper - 3 numbers.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Garlic - 2 cloves.
• Tomato sauce - 1/4 cup.
• Balsamic vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Marjoram - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - to taste.
• Olive oil - 3 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Quarter onion and slice thinly. Slice peppers to desired thickness.
  • Saute onions, over high heat, in olive oil for 4-5 minutes until edges are browned.
  • Add peppers and garlic, and continue to saute over high heat for 10 minutes, until peppers start to get browned.
  • Lower heat to medium, add tomato sauce. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  • At the end, add vinegar, salt, pepper, and marjoram.

Serve hot.
