SALT AND PEPPER FISH FRY

Ingredients used in SALT AND PEPPER FISH FRY
• Fish - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1 tea spoon.
• Lemon juice (optional) - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 5 springs.
• Black pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour/maida - 1 cup.
• Corn flour - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Ice cubes - 10 numbers.
Method:
  • Take a mixie jar and add coriander leaves, lemon juice (optional), and salt as per taste.
  • Add red chili powder, coriander powder, and ginger garlic paste. Make it into a fine paste.
  • Then take a bowl and put fish pieces, add coriander paste and mix it. Keep this aside.
  • After that take another bowl and add sugar, salt, maida, corn flour, all-purpose flour, red chili powder, ice water and mix it nicely.
  • Then take fish pieces in maida batter and fry it till it turns a golden color.
  • Take a bowl, add chopped garlic, pepper powder, fried fish pieces and put on top of fish pieces.
  • Take a pan add butter, chopped curry leaves and just saute it. Then put on a fish plate, toss and serve it.
