Ingredients used in Sandwich Paneer Pakoda
• Bread slices - 2 number.
• Carom seeds (ajwain) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Soda - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chickpea flour - 250 grams.
• Cottage cheese - 100 grams.
• Red chutney - 1 cup.
• Green chutney - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Chaat masala - pinch.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Make a thick batter of chickpea flour, salt, chili powder, soda bicarbonate, Carom seeds (ajwain), water by adding add some oil, and mix it well.
  • Spread red chutney on one side of bread slice, on another slice spread green chutney and put the cottage cheese on one of the top of the bread slice and rub salt, chili powder, then put the another bread slice on top of the cottage cheese, and dip it into the chickpea flour batter, deep fry them in hot oil till they turn to light golden brown in color.
  • And cut the sandwich into quarters, sprinkle chaat masala, and serve it.
