Ingredients used in Rava Onion Pakoda
• Cooking soda (optional) - pinch.
• Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Oil (to fry) - 1 1/2 cup.
• Onion (chop lengthwise) - 1 cup.
• Rava - 1 cup.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Cashew nuts (optional) - .
1. Take a bowl amp; add all the above ingredients like rava,onion,coriander leaves,cooking soda. 2. now slowly add water amp; mix well. don#39;t make the ;mixture too liquid,it should be in a solid state. 3. keep the oil to heat amp; bring to a medium heat. 4. drop the mixure in a spoon or hand,make the shape as you like. 5. fry it untill it becomes light golden brown. 6.serve warm
