Ingredients used in ragi pakoda
• Big onions - 6-7 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Curry leaves - 3-4 springs.
• Dry red chilly - 6-7 numbers.
• Garlic - 1 cup.
• Roasted chana - 1 cup.
• Ragi powder - 5 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - .
Method:

Peel and cut the onions into slices (length way). Powder the roasted chana and dry red chilly with the blender and add the garlic into the blender then blend it .(finally add the garlic in the blender).Now mix the ragi powder,salt, onion slices, curry leaves, coriander leaves,powder(garlic, red chilly, roasted chana) and add water. Use the water in a little quantity, mix the ingredients into dry form... as the onion will lose out some water.Heat the oil in the pan and deep fry the mix into small pieces in pokada style . your crunchy pokoda is ready.
