Ingredients used in RADISH CHUTNEY 2
• Radish(pieces) - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 4 numbers.
• Tamarind - 5 grams.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Chana dal - ½ tea spoon.
• Urad dal - ½ tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Dry red chilli - 1 number.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan add radish pieces, garlic, green chilies, tamarind, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, and salt, saute it, then cover it with a lid and cook it for 5minutes.
  • Now switch off the flame then cool it and transfer into a mixie jar, to make a peste.
  • For tempering: Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves, mix it.
  • Now tempering add into a radish chutney and serve it.
