Ingredients used in RABRI
• Sliced nut - 50 grams.
• Sugar - 225 grams.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Kewra water - 1 tea spoon.
• Almond - 50 grams.
• Chironji - 50 grams.
Method:
  • Boil milk in a deep thick sauce pan. Stir continously for the first 20. minutes.
  • There after stir 20 minutes. As the skin forms on the surface push it gently on otherside.
  • Like wise let the skin accumulate on all the side of the pan. Boil until 3/4 milk dries up.
  • Add sugar and stir till it is fully dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from fire. Add kewra water. Pour in a glass dish.
