This dish is delicious and healthy alternative but takes a bit of effort to assemble to give it an attractive look and mouth watering meal but is sure to impress in both appearance and taste. Traditionally, old fashioned Eggs Benedict is a dish that consists of two halves of an English muffin, topped with ham or bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.
Eggs Benedict is the quintessential brunch food. It is also an ideal and refreshing dish served for breakfast. English muffin or a muffin is a small, round, flat or thin type of yeast-leavened bread, almost always dusted with flour or cornmeal which is commonly served split horizontally, toasted and buttered.
