Ingredients used in CURD SNACKS
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Chick pea flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Wheat flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Sooji rava - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Green chilli paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Cooking soda - 1 pinch.
• Onion pieces - 1/2 cup.
• Tomato pieces - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Oil - 2 cup.
Method:

1. Take a bowl and add curd, all purpose flour, chick pea flour, wheat flour, sooji rava, green chilli paste and soak it for 1 hour. 2.Then add onion pieces, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, tomato pieces, cooking soda and mix thoroughly. 3.Then make small balls of it. 4. Then heat oil in a pan and deep fry them, until brown colour. 5. Now hot curd snack is ready to serve.
