Ingredients used in Poultry Chicken Cooked In Country Style
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Onion (chopped) - 2 number.
• Coconut powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Poppy seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomato puree - 1 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 3 springs.
• Water - as required.
• Crush pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - half cup.
Method:
  • Take a plate add chicken pieces, turmeric powder, oil and mix it well. And grill it and keep aside.
  • Now take a pan and add oil, grilled chicken pieces, grilled onion paste, dry coconut powder and mix it well.
  • Then take a blender and add salt, poppy seeds and make it into a fine powder.
  • Put on the lid and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
  • Add curry leaves and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes add water, salt and cook it well. Then add crush pepper, coriander leaves.

Serve with hot rice.
