Ingredients used in Chilli Flakes Dry Chicken
• Chicken (boneless) - 200-250 grams.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• Onions (finely chopped) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chilli (flakes) - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onions, little salt and saute it Add chicken and saute it on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Add red chili flakes and mix nicely and cook it for 5 minutes. Check for seasoning and transfer into a bowl. Now Red chilli flakes dry chicken is ready to serve
