Ingredients used in Pineapple Rasam
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Ghee - 1 teaspoons.
• Tur daal - 1/2 cup.
• Coconut milk - 2 tablespoons.
• Pineapple juice - 1/4 cup.
• Jaggery - 1 piece.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 numbers.
• Pineapple pieces - 1/4 cup.
• Ginger(chopped) - 1 inch piece.
• Green chilly - 2 numbers.
• Coriander stems - 1/2 bunch.
• Red chilly - 2 numbers.
• Asfoetida - 1 pinch.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Curry leaves(chopped) - 2 springs.
Method:
  1. Heat water in a pan add coriander stems, green chilly, chopped ginger, pieces of pineapple, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, salt, jaggery, pineapple juice, coconut milk, tur daal (boiled), put the lid on and once it comes to boil then add crush powder of cumin seeds and pepper.
  2. For the temparing heat ghee in a pan add mustard seeds, red chilly, asafoetida, chopped coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves and then pour the tempering on top of the rasam and switch off the flame.
  3. Serve this hot with rice.

I love the way you cook. But I have one suggestion. Please put the ingredient list on the description, because some of us are not familiar with them. By putting the list its easier to find out what it is on google for ex. Carry on :)
